La promesse d’achat est un contrat officiel dans lequel un acheteur propose d’acquérir une propriété à un prix déterminé, possiblement sous certaines conditions (inspection, financement, etc.). Lorsqu’elle est signée et acceptée par les deux parties, elle devient une entente légale qui engage l’acheteur et le vendeur dans un contrat contraignant.

A promise to purchase (or purchase offer) is a formal contract in which a buyer proposes to acquire a property at a specific price, possibly with certain conditions (such as inspection, financing, etc.). Once it is signed and accepted by both parties, it becomes a legal agreement that binds both the buyer and the seller to a contractual obligation.
